Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing) is Thailand's national sport and cultural martial art. It was created as a type of close fighting in the 13th century. It is a full-contact sport in which combatants must defeat their opponents through kicking, cinching,, and punching tactics, as well as grappling, where attacking your opponent requires coordination of physical and mental stamina.

Brazilian Jiujitsu

As mentioned, Brazilian Jiujitsu is a modified version of the Japanese martial art introduced by the Gracie family in 1925, in which practitioners strive to acquire better positioning over their opponent by using grips, chokes, joint manipulations, and joint locking.


Kickboxing began in the United States in the 1970s. What's more intriguing is that it was created by karate practitioners who disliked the kicking and punching regulations used in contests. As a result, kickboxing is one of the more recent martial art systems to have emerged. Many modifications and updates have only been implemented in the previous two decades. Kickboxing mostly employs kick blocks, kicks, and punches.
