  • Any orders placed during holidays or weekends will ship the following business day. We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Handling Time

All items are made to order. It takes 3-5 days after receiving the payment to ship the package.

You will receive an email for the tracking once the package being shipped.

Duties, Taxes and Customs 

Please expect your order may be required to pay taxes and/or custom duties in your country and we assume buyer is responsible. The price on our website does not included taxes/duties at your country.

Return and Exchange


Our policy lasts 30 days after the product received. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account within a certain amount of days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom products can not be returned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you wish to change to a different size. Custom products can not be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again.It may take some time before your refund is officially shown. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


- Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. 

- We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as TUFF cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. 

- TUFF does not cover the cost for returning items.

BRAZIL  Standard Global mail (Correios)

After order shipped 2 weeks passed the tracking system provides information on the progress of the shipment at >> https://www.correios.com.br/ 

information about customs fee they need for payment of the Postal Order is available at the tracking, for a period of 25 days for payment and 30 days for payment by credit card.

BRAZIL via Express

All non document shipment to Brazil are held in Miami until the receiver pays duties and provide the tax ID number “CPF (individual tax ID) or CNPJ (Companies Tax ID)”.

All receivers must report imports to the Government.
The original commercial invoices attached to shipments must have:

1) Complete shipper details,

2) Complete receiver details, including TAX ID, contact name, phone number and if available email address,

3) Full & clear description of all items included,

4) Proper and real value per item, total value.

According to US customs regulations, this hold period is not to exceed 15days.
Origins will be prompted for instructions on the 10th day of hold.
If by day 14, the receiver has not paid duties and taxes or origin has not advised to clear as Freedom or abandon.


Values up to USD 1,000 - Additional delay 48 hours, company number (VAT) must be provided, ID/passport number must be provided.

Values up to Unlimited - Additional delay 72 hours, company number (VAT) must be provided, ID/passport number must be provided.

For documents into Israel :

- For company's shipments the clearance for shipments up to 10 KGs will be declare as "Documents"

- For private person clearance for shipments up to 15 Kg will be as documents with declaration that it is private import (not commercial).

- Above those weights in both cases the shipments will be cleared as "Parcel".



All receivers must be "Company" and needs to have "Company Identity Confirmation"
